ClinicOps Shift Board

ClinicOps Shift Board is a lightweight coordination board for small clinics that still run shift swaps, urgent coverage requests, and daily room assignments through chats or spreadsheets. The product keeps the current roster visible, highlights coverage gaps, and gives clinic managers a simple place to record decisions without creating a full HR system.

A clickable intake-to-shift prototype connects roster changes, swap requests, urgent absences, owner approval, and audit notes. Sample roster data is included only to exercise the workflow, with validation focused on whether clinic administrators can spot gaps faster.
